All services provided by Elite Cloud (“Elite Tec, Ltd”) may be used for legal purposes only. The transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation
of any Mozambican state or municipal law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we believe to be
threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret or other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Tec, Ltd from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.
They are prohibited < sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be harmful to the servers of Elite Tec, Ltd, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

WARNING: IF YOU ARE IDENTIFIED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ON YOUR ACCOUNT, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A FEE CANCELLATION POLICY OF $50.00 WILL APPLY. IN ADDITION, Elite Tec, Ltd WILL NOTIFY THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES OF ITS ACTIONS.
All account plans come with a predetermined amount of data traffic allowed. We monitor all accounts and bill for each gig of traffic exceeded. This amount is not prorated, which means that 1 mb – 1 gig will be treated and billed as the same.
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.
Any attempt to harm or cause damage to a server or client of Elite Tec, Ltd is strictly prohibited. As our customer, you are responsible for all of your accounts. If you violate the Terms of Service described, your account will be canceled with no chance of a refund.
Refusal of service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend the service at our sole discretion.
All subnets, distribution sites and dedicated servers of Elite Tec, Ltd must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in relation to dedicated servers.
By the Account Activation Date of each month, Elite Tec, Ltd must:
(1) debit the customers credit card (when such information has been provided by the customer); or
(2) deliver, by email or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered in the current month. When an invoice is delivered to the customer, payment must be sent to Elite Tec, Ltd by the payment due date specified. Elite Tec, Ltd will have the right to immediately terminate this contract for
customers failure to make payments within the time stated on the invoice. You receive
an invoice monthly. All credit cards are charged automatically
monthly. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have sufficient credit to
cover that transaction. In the event of insufficient credit, we will send a notification by
email, when we need to receive another credit card number within 24 hours. If no
we receive a response within 24 hours, the account and all accounts in the account plan
will be suspended.
Certain services have an installation fee charged by
Elite Tec, Ltd to the customer, which must be paid by the customer to be able to enjoy the referred
services. If the customer terminates this agreement, the customer will be responsible for all and
any outstanding fees due to Elite Tec, Ltd and agrees to pay any and all
fees incurred by the customer. As the services are provided monthly, the customer will be
responsible for service fees incurred each month, regardless of when the
customer provide notice of termination. So, for example, if the customer provides a notice
of termination on the 15th day of a given month, the customer will be responsible for

We offer a
30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds: If the customer withheld the services during a
year and prepaid Elite Tec, Ltd for such services, refunds will be issued for any
unused full month of services upon customer request. So if the
customer s account is canceled at any time during the period of one year, the customer will have
entitled to a refund for the remaining months, after notice given by the 20th of the month
Any account disabled due to non-payment will require
a 10% reactivation rate; before reactivation.
We DO NOT refund partial monthly fees for
bills. We require 30 days notice for a cancellation.
