All services provided by Elite Cloud (“Elite Tec, Ltd”) may be used for legal purposes only. The transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any Mozambican state or municipal law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we believe to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret or other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Tec, Ltd from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.
They are prohibited < sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be harmful to the servers of Elite Tec, Ltd, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

>hacker programs or files
Pirate Software Distribution Sites.
WARNING: IF YOU ARE IDENTIFIED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY ON YOUR ACCOUNT, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILE, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A FEE CANCELLATION POLICY OF $50.00 WILL APPLY. IN ADDITION, Elite Tec, Ltd WILL NOTIFY THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES OF ITS ACTIONS.
All subnets, distribution sites and dedicated servers of Elite Tec, Ltd must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in relation to dedicated servers.
(1) debit the customers credit card (when such information has been provided by the customer); or
(2) deliver, by email or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered in the current month. When an invoice is delivered to the customer, payment must be sent to Elite Tec, Ltd by the payment due date specified. Elite Tec, Ltd will have the right to immediately terminate this contract for customers failure to make payments within the time stated on the invoice. You receive an invoice monthly. All credit cards are charged automatically monthly. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have sufficient credit to cover that transaction. In the event of insufficient credit, we will send a notification by email, when we need to receive another credit card number within 24 hours. If no we receive a response within 24 hours, the account and all accounts in the account plan will be suspended.
Elite Tec, Ltd will not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from the Elite Tec,
